A Contemporary Courtyard Connecting Home and Garden

This contemporary courtyard garden in Clapham was designed to form a seamless link between the home’s reconfigured interior and its outdoor space.

Following a major renovation of the house, the garden needed to feel proportionate, calm and resolved - not as an afterthought, but as an integral part of everyday living. The brief centred on creating a sociable, low-maintenance space that worked equally well during the day and after dark.
